We are the National Youth Commission of Sierra Leone. A body corporate with the objective of empowering the youth to develop their potential, creativity and skills for national development and for other related matters.

OUR MISSION
NAYCOM is dedicated to preserving and enhancing an outstanding quality youths who are making our communities desirable places to live, to work, and to raise children.
Through the provisions of cost effective, superior services, NAYCOM will insure the promotion of productive and orderly growth for economic health and safety of youths.
Increase the productive capacity of our youth for enhanced participation in development and governance at national, district and community levels.
